Search4SATORI
"It's About the Journey, Not the Destination"

SatoriBUILD
SatoriBuild is more than just a building company — it's a commitment to reshaping the way we live with and within nature. Rooted in the ethos of Search4Satori, we believe in building with purpose, responsibility, and resilience. Every project we undertake reflects a deeper intention: to conserve, restore, and regenerate.
Our
Story

Our approach is grounded in four core principles:
🌱 Build to Sustain
If you build it, do it like nature — to last.
We design and construct buildings that stand the test of time, minimizing waste and maximizing longevity through quality craftsmanship and intelligent materials.
🔧 Preserve Through Maintenance
Maintain so you don’t have to replace.
We champion ongoing care and stewardship, encouraging smart design that supports long-term sustainability and efficiency.
♻️ Reimagine & Reuse
Reusing what we’ve got to reduce what we take.
We prioritize reusing and repurposing materials whenever possible — not only to reduce environmental impact, but to tell richer stories through what already exists.
🌿 Nature as Blueprint
Inspired by the resilience and elegance of natural systems, we develop in harmony with the environment, not against it. Our work integrates biophilic design, low-impact practices, and regenerative thinking.
Project Concepts

Land sailors
Question. Can we up cycle and reuse the old boats and yachts we have floating in our harbours and taking up space in our boat yards?
Unloved and unutilised. It's time to create electic and special spaces for people to enjoy.
KatiKati Riverside Green Developement.

Waikino work where you live
What does the future look like in a world of AI driven productivity? Hopefully freeing more time to spend on our passions. This project will be focused on creating the perfect work from home rental accomodation. It's a blank canvas to mould into something tasteful, fun and a safe home to nurture creativity.
EcoRetreat
This one is still the dream project. Land stewardship mixed with a quiet and peaceful environment that land care takers can come stay and participate in the joy of getting their hands dirty and the fulfilment of knowing that they're part of a continuing legacy.
